Yorkshire BS will Offer 0.5 Percent Concession to Direct Fixed Rate Customers

Direct customers of Yorkshire Building Society will get a 0.5 percent waiver on their fixed rate deals.

The rate cut benefit will be offered from the lower range of 2.99 percent for a two-year period and 75 percent Loan-to-Value (LTV) mortgage against a fee of £1,995, down 0.5 percent from the original fixed rate of 3.49 percent.

The offer is also available for the two year 5.49 percent fixed rate mortgages with 90 percent LTV. The revised rate will be 0.5 percent lower at 4.99 percent against a fee of £1,995.

Another variant of this offer is a 5.69 percent two-year fixed rate mortgage with 90 percent LTV. The rate has been lowered by 0.2 percent to 5.49.

The above mentioned products are available with offset versions and 90 percent LTV. Rates start at 5.09 percent and onwards.
