16 year old Justin has thousands of screaming fans follow him wherever he goes, and he now has millions of fans follow him on twitter as he became the second most followed Twitter user on the planet.
Only fellow musician Lady GaGa, who has 7.9million followers, has more, but Bieber has flown into second place with 6.9 million followers on the popular social networking site.
Behind Justin is another musician, Britney Spears, with 6.7 million followers, and United States president Barack Obama who has 6.4 million followers.
