Jennifer Aniston hopes to celebrate her 42nd birthday by selling her £28million mansion, which is in Beverley Hills.
The property hasn’t been listed with any old estate agent. Only potential buyers with access to that sort of money will be allowed to look around.
£28million would represent a healthy profit for the star, who bought the house in 2006 for just £9million, although she had the property renovated before moving in just before her 40th in 2009.
Speaking to People magazine she revealed she decided to sell the million pound mansion on a recent trip to London.
The actress explains, “My life felt really cluttered. I couldn’t sleep and I sort of had one of those moments where I went, ‘I really need to simplify, my life needs to be simplified’… And along with that thought came, ‘I should sell my house’.
“I had the realisation that this is just too much for me. I’m not this person.”
Aniston revealed she would love to find a “little spot” in New York, her hometown, adding, “I grew up here, I miss it, there’s nothing like the city that just is the city of every man; it’s all walks and I love that.”
