It has been confirmed by DF Concerts that Coldplay, Foo Fighters and Arctic Monkeys will all headline this summer’s T In The Park festival.
Other artists and bands that will take to the Glasgow stage in July include Blink-182, The Script, Pulp, Brandon Flowers, Blondie, Ke$ha and The Saturdays. Recent Brit award winners Plan B, Tinie Tempah and Jessie J will also join the host of acts.
Tom Jones, the music legend has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, will also be making an appearance at the festival for the first time.
Geoff Ellis, festival director for DF Concerts, said: “I’m really pleased with our artist announcements and proud to deliver a whole host of bands including many that T in the Park fans told us they wanted to see when we surveyed them post-event.”
“We’re delighted that T in the Park is the festival that bands want to play at and music lovers want to be at,” Ellis added.
Other artists performing on the festival’s various stages will be announced at a later date, including unsigned acts who will get the chance to showcase their talent on the T Break stage.
The festival will take place across the weekend of July 8-10. All remaining tickets for the event go on sale this Friday at 9am.
